Login to Support Portal for EMC Clients

1. Navigate to https://loftuslabs.freshdesk.com/en/support/home

2. Select “Login” in the top right corner 

3. Select “Login Here” next to “Are you a customer?” 

4. Enter your email address and password and select “Login”

5. To view your active tickets, select "View all tickets". From here, you can view all of your logged tickets. 

6. To view knowledge base articles, select "Knowledge base" 

7. To submit a ticket, follow the instructions at the following link: https://loftuslabs.freshdesk.com/en/support/solutions/articles/150000068598-create-ticket-in-support-portal
