- Navigate to https://loftuslabs.freshdesk.com/
- Select “Sign up” In top right corner of portal
- Enter your full name and email address then select Register
- A user activation will be sent to the email address entered in step 3.
- Open the activation email and select the hyperlink
- The hyperlink will redirect you to a webpag where you can enter a password for your account (Password must contain 8 characters and cannot contain anything from your email address). Enter your password and select “Activate and Log In”
- Account will be created and you will be redirected to the support portal.
