Monitor Ticket within Web Portal

  1. To monitor ticket progress, update your ticket, or reach out to the agent working on the ticket navigate to https://loftuslabs.freshdesk.com/
  2. Sign in to your Freshdesk account
  3. Select “Tickets” A screenshot of a computer

  4. This page will show all tickets you have logged through Freshdesk. Select the ticket you are wanting to access
  5. From here, you can add a note to the ticket which will update the agent, add people to the ticket, change the ticket priority, set on-site contact information and close the ticket.
