Initial Heat phase operation for high output burners

Created by Aaron Westfall, Modified on Mon, 28 Aug, 2023 at 12:31 PM by Aaron Westfall

While heating to achieve the Kiln Initial Temp Setpoint, the burner output will be capped by at 80% output, for a duration of 60 seconds.

The duration can be adjusted using the variable StageZeroTimeBound.

After the duration set by StageZeroTimeBound, the burner output will increase to full capacity, until the Kiln Initial Temp Setpoint is reached.

Typically the system should enter AutoTempStage 1 when approaching Kiln Initial Temp and achieving a Kiln Temperature within 3 deg. F (set by PIDTempApproach).
