To track Downtime in Downtime Pro:
1. Log in to Downtime Pro
2. Navigate, if necessary, to the Facility and Subject Area that you would like to track against using the Menu Bar. The Menu Bar can be reached by clicking the Hamburger-style menu button at the top right of the screen. Note: Downtime Pro will remember the last Subject Area you were in, and default to it.
3. Using the Menu Bar, select the desired Subject Area:
4. Downtime Pro will navigate to the selected Subject Area. On the New Event Tab, inter information about the Downtime Event, and hit Submit.
5. The system will save the event and show you a success dialog:
6. To view previous Events, click on the “Saved Events” tab of the Users page:
7. The system will show you all events in descending order:
