Downtime Pro has built in Reports, as well as the ability to export Tracking Event data and email it as a CSV to the user. To view Downtime Pro Reports:
1. Log in to Downtime Pro.
2. Open the Menu Bar and select Manage to enter the Manager screen
3. Select the Reporting Tab:
4. Use the data entry controls to filter the Tracking Events desired. By default, all Tracking Events for all Facilities yesterday and today will be shown in the charts at bottom of the screen.
5. There are four charts for visualizing Downtime:
6. Total Downtime By Day: Each vertical bar in the chart represents a specific day, and the size of the bar represents the total minutes of downtime for that date.
- Downtime By Day and Area: The same as Total Downtime by Day, except the different Subject Areas are broken into Series for comparison
- Downtime By Reason: Each bar represents a specific Reason and the size of the bar represents the total minutes of downtime for that Reason
- Total Outages by Reason: Each bar represents a specific Reason and the size of the bar represents the number of downtime events for that Reason.
- After updating the filter settings, click the “Refresh” button to apply the filter to the data shown:
7. After applying the filter, the charts at the bottom of the screen will refresh, with the data being filtered by your selections.
8. Each Chart can have its data exported by pressing the “Email CSV” button below it. The data for the chart will be converted to a CSV file and emailed to the email address of the logged in user.
9. Additionally, the “Email All CSV” button will convert all charts to CSV, and add in a CSV that has the full list of events for the filtered data, and email to the address of the logged in user. This takes a few seconds, and you will see the “Email All CSV” button change to a Loading indicator:
10. After the export is complete, you will see a Success message:
11. Lastly, the “Reset” button can be used to reset all of the filters back to default.
